In a nutshell

I am a PMI certified IT project manager with 18 years of project management experience in a large international Pharmaceutical company and in an IT consultancy company. I’ve done both very complex and smaller projects. Currently I work as a freelance IT project manager / ERP Application Manager.

Besides the more general IT Project / Program Management skills, I have built up considerable expertise in the CRM domain (Sales & Marketing), especially at the tactical and strategic levels.

In terms of project management, I prefer a more pragmatic style in which my ‘Keep It Simple and deliver quality’ approach have helped me to deliver projects ‘on time and on budget’.
