Application Manager (2004-2008)

End-to-end responsible for the company’s biggest CRM application used by about 12.000 users and deployed in more than 70 countries. I was leading a team of about 25 on-site as well as outsourced resources to enhance, optimize, implement and maintain the in-house developed system.

  • Introducing the first mobile solution within the company
  • Full re-engineering of the application
  • Translating the company’s strategic decision to “buy rather than built” into a tactical approach (phasing out, outsourcing, business continuity…)
